Bobblehead Headquarters, LLC (“Bobblehead Headquarters”) is an online database for the purpose of transactions relating to the buying and trading of collectible bobbleheads.
Launched in 2016, the database was built by the bobblehead collecting community along with the administrators at Bobblehead Headquarters. Users can upload their collectible bobbleheads onto the database for the purposes of buying, selling and trading the bobbleheads with other users of our database.
Our Privacy Policy applies to anyone who uses our site. By using our Site, you consent to the data practices set forth in this statement. Please read them carefully and print out a copy for your records.
We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect company and user feedback. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
1. AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND CONTACTCI.CO.
Our website consists of several different web pages operated by Bobblehead Headquarters, LLC. Protecting your privacy and maintaining your trust is our number one priority. This Privacy Policy applies to bobbleheadhq.com and Bobblehead Headquarters governs the data we collect and how we use it. Bobbleheadhq.com is an E-commerce Site.

It is possible to use the Site without providing any PII, however, to get the most out of what we offer, we do require that members provide certain types of PII. In order to become a member of the Site and gain access to our proprietary hardware and software products we may require PII such as your name, postal address, telephone number, and credit card number or other payment account number. You may also provide PII when submitting comments through chat rooms, forums or message boards, but we do not collect or use PII from these sources. We only collect PII when you voluntarily provide it.
3. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Bobblehead Headquarters collects and uses your personal information to operate our Site(s) and deliver the services you have requested. This Site gives users the opportunity to modify or remove PII provided to us by way of this Site. Users may do so by modifying password protected user information on the Site. Please understand that although this information, once deleted, is not available on the Site, it may remain stored indefinitely in our backup and archival records. To the extent that such information is not stored in our databases, we cannot always ensure that these changes will reach such other databases in a timely manner.
