Bobblehead Headquarters, LLC (“Bobblehead Headquarters”) is an online database for the purpose of transactions relating to the buying and trading of collectible bobbleheads.
Launched in 2016, the database was built by the bobblehead collecting community along with the administrators at Bobblehead Headquarters. Users can upload their collectible bobbleheads onto the database for the purposes of buying, selling and trading the bobbleheads with other users of our database.
We collect two basic types of information when you use our Site to offer you a personalized and rewarding experience. These types of information are known as Non-Personally Identifiable Information” (or “Non-PII”) and “Personally Identifiable Information” or (“PII”).
It is possible to use the Site without providing any PII, however, to get the most out of what we offer, we do require that members provide certain types of PII. In order to become a member of the Site and gain access to our proprietary hardware and software products we may require PII such as your name, postal address, telephone number, and credit card number or other payment account number. You may also provide PII when submitting comments through chat rooms, forums or message boards, but we do not collect or use PII from these sources. We only collect PII when you voluntarily provide it.
Bobblehead Headquarters collects and uses your personal information to operate our Site(s) and deliver the services you have requested. We use your information to help enforce compliance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable law. We may use it to keep track of the number of visits users make to the Site, the average time spent on the Site, and the pages viewed. Bobblehead Headquarters will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Bobblehead Headquarters or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Bobblehead Headquarters; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Bobblehead Headquarters, or the public.

By connecting your NAW account to your third-party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third-party sites). If you do not want information about you, including personally identifying information, to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature. You may disconnect your account from a third-party account at any time. Users may learn how to disconnect their accounts from third-party Sites by visiting their "Profile" page.
We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt-out of receiving any or all communications from Bobblehead Headquarters by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
This Site gives users the opportunity to modify or remove PII provided to us by way of this Site. Users may do so by modifying password protected user information on the Site. To the extent that such information is stored in our databases, we will respond to your changes as soon as reasonably possible. Please understand that although this information, once deleted, is not available on the Site, it may remain stored indefinitely in our backup and archival records. To the extent that such information is not stored in our databases, we cannot always ensure that these changes will reach such other databases in a timely manner. Bobblehead Headquarters retains PII for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services for which the PII was provided.
