Our Privacy Policy applies to anyone who uses our site. By using our Site, you consent to the data practices set forth in this statement. Please read them carefully and print out a copy for your records.

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect company and user feedback. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

1. AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND CONTACTCI.CO.

Our website consists of several different web pages operated by Bobblehead Headquarters, LLC. Protecting your privacy and maintaining your trust is our number one priority. This Privacy Policy applies to bobbleheadhq.com and Bobblehead Headquarters governs the data we collect and how we use it. Bobbleheadhq.com is an E-commerce Site.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

We collect two basic types of information when you use our Site to offer you a personalized and rewarding experience. These types of information are known as Non-Personally Identifiable Information” (or “Non-PII”) and “Personally Identifiable Information” or (“PII”).

Non-Personally Identifiable Information
When you visit our site or are approved for membership by us, Bobblehead Headquarters, as well as third parties with whom we have contracted to provide services to us, collects certain kinds of data that helps us provide the best experience for our users and members. Non-PII does not identify you personally, it simply provides us demographic information on how you use the site. For example, 30-year-old woman working in the tech industry is Non-PII. Non-PII is typically collected though the Site in the following ways: Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses and web logs, cookies, pixel tags and other similar technologies, and other Non-PII that you voluntarily provide.
  1. IP Addresses and Web Logs: Your unique IP Address is assigned to your computer by your internet service provider. When you access our Site, whether as a member or visitor, it provides us with your computer operating system details, the web browser that you’re using, your mobile device operating system (provided you’re accessing our Site on a mobile device), and the name of your internet service provider or mobile carrier.
  2. Cookies: This is data that shows us how you use our site. Cookies reside on your computer and help the Site recognize your computer’s browser as a previous visitor. If you do not want data collected through the use of cookies, you should be able to modify your browser preference to provide you with choices relating to cookies.
  3. Pixel Tags: A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1x1), that is ordinarily not visible to Site visitors and may be associated with cookies on the visitors' hard drives. Pixel Tags do not contain any PII and allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of the Site, to deliver branded services, and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns.
  4. Voluntarily Provided Non-PII: We may also collect information such as geographic location when you voluntarily provide that data to us in order to further customize your experience.

Personally Identifiable Information

It is possible to use the Site without providing any PII, however, to get the most out of what we offer, we do require that members provide certain types of PII. In order to become a member of the Site and gain access to our proprietary hardware and software products we may require PII such as your name, postal address, telephone number, and credit card number or other payment account number. You may also provide PII when submitting comments through chat rooms, forums or message boards, but we do not collect or use PII from these sources. We only collect PII when you voluntarily provide it.

On the occasions we share PII, we make sure it receives the same level of protection provided by our Site. All third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except when providing these services to Bobblehead Headquarters. We may use PII to send you information about Bobblehead Headquarters and the services we provide and the products we offer. You can opt out of these communications at any time. We may contact you in the event of a change in the Site’s Terms & Conditions and/or this Privacy Policy, or to notify you of other administrative matters in connection with the Site.
